Welcome to Exhort One. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of exhort1.com and purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 

1. Products & Pricing 

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including descriptions, colors, sizing, availability, and prices. However, occasional errors may occur.

Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, editing, and individual screen settings. Sizing information is provided as a guide, and fit may vary by garment and individual.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors and to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

 

2. Orders & Payment 

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including for:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity 
• Pricing or technical errors 
• Inventory issues 
• Duplicate or unusually large orders 
• Suspected resale or misuse 
• Violations of these Terms 

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery 

Customers are responsible for shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible requests must generally be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Exhort One provides free return shipping for approved returns and exchanges within the United States. Shipping charges originally paid at checkout are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only, subject to product availability. Exhort One does not reserve inventory for exchanges. Replacement items are shipped only after the original merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

The original 15-day return period does not restart following an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges involving suspected fraud, abuse, excessive return activity, or violations of our policies.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be completed before shipment.

Eligible merchandise may still be returned after delivery according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

7. Final Sale & Promotions

Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges unless required by law or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain products, including undergarments or intimate apparel, may also be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may have additional restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotions obtained through fraud, manipulation, technical errors, or misuse.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with our website or security systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts, introduce malicious software, submit false information, circumvent purchase or promotional limits, or otherwise misuse our services.

We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse service, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to protect Exhort One, our customers, or our services.

 

9. Intellectual Property

The Exhort One name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, text, and other original materials displayed on exhort1.com are owned by or licensed to Exhort One unless otherwise stated.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially used without authorization except where permitted by law.

 

10. Third-Party Services 

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, and other technology providers.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Exhort One is not responsible for the independent practices of third parties we do not control.

 

11. Website Availability & Errors

We cannot guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or error.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, pricing mistakes, availability issues, or other website errors.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exhort One will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
