Prepaid Orders

Processing Time

All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email (and WhatsApp, if a valid number is provided) to monitor your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for an additional charge of ₹99. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order have a different dispatch timeline. The estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Returns & Refunds

If a returned order qualifies for a refund, a ₹100 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
