Product Disclaimer

At Export One, we strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and post-production enhancements, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.


Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and protective seals must remain intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or security seal has been removed.
  • Made-to-order, customized, or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any quality or quantity-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice.
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our return address.

Return Charges

  • Shipping charges paid during checkout (including COD or Express Shipping fees) are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 logistics/return handling fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.

International Orders

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for international orders.

Packaging

Gift boxes, wooden boxes, premium packaging, gift wrapping, and other packaging materials are considered part of the delivery service and are non-returnable and non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.
  2. Share clear photos or videos of the product, ensuring the original brand tag and security seal are clearly visible.
  3. Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 business days (subject to service availability).
  4. After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product has not been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift Cards and Store Credit remain valid until used.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If eligible, you may initiate a return after receiving the product according to our Return Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a return, and the applicable return deductions will apply.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
